The 7x7 Journey (photo-book)

I have been meaning to get some of my photos in a book / printed form for sometime now, not that I have pro photos or anything but more of a collection of some good shots taken over the years (mostly in 2007-2008). So today I finally self published a photo collection in a book form titled "The 7x7 Journey" at blurb.com; you can find the link and preview of the book on the right hand column. The cover looks as -

Its a collection of photos (20 pages - 40 photos) in 7x7 format.

Sunset HDR Again

Just playing around with some more RAW images for HDR processing in Photomatix and Photoshop.

I like this with not much color in sky but the you can see the shades of sunset sun in water.

Been a busy week and the upcoming week is quite busy also. Can't leave my blog behind also :)

So here is one of my favourite shot [shot by myself :D] taken on the North-West coast of Ireland in a town called Bundoran.

It was one of most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.

HDR - The Extravagance

I am starting to enjoy HDR photographs more n more, normally I don't like processing of shots to make effects or clean-ups or .. (mebbe thats another reason I never tried harder to learn photoshop :)). But HDR gives an extra angle to the image, feels more real, there's something in those shots which I can't explain but always catches my attention. But sadly, my D40 doesn't have auto-bracketing feature to shoot continuous shots with different exposures. Thou' I can still try with single RAW image. Hopefully I'll post some of my shots in HDR soon, first have to shoot something in RAW.
